Andrew Belknap, OD

Dr. Andrew "Andy" Belknap, OD, is from Murfreesboro, TN. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from MTSU, he attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN where he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree with honors.

Dr. Belknap became especially interested in pursuing optometry as a career after being diagnosed as a glaucoma suspect and learning he had a strong family history of glaucoma as well. Naturally, Dr. Belknap has a passion for diagnosing and treating ocular diseases (especially glaucoma!), but also has special interest in pediatrics. Dr. Belknap has been working for EyeCare Associates since 2018 and continues to provide comprehensive eye care and eye exams in Madison, AL. He spends most of his time either playing with his 2 dogs, playing board games, disc golf, ultimate frisbee, tennis, and pickleball.
