Barry Curtis, OD

Barry Curtis, OD, is a primary care optometrist at EyeCare Associates. Dr. Curtis received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Subsequently, he earned his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Optometry where he was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society. He also completed optometric clinical rotations focusing heavily on ocular disease and difficult contact lens fittings.

During his spare time, Dr. Curtis enjoys playing music, spending time outdoors and spending time with his dog, Chuy. He currently is accepting new patients in Birmingham and Hoover, AL.
