Jacob "Jake" Clark, OD

Jacob "Jake" Clark, OD, is a primary care optometrist in Madison, AL at EyeCare Associates. Dr. Clark will begin seeing eye care patients in October 2023, where he will offer comprehensive optometry and eye exams in Madison, AL. Dr Clark is a West Michigan native. He and his wife moved to the Huntsville, AL area in June of 2019. Dr. Clark received his Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science from Grand Valley State University. He then attended Michigan College of Optometry in Big Rapids, MI where he graduated in 2016 with his Doctor of Optometry Degree.

The field of Optometry became a passion for Dr. Clark after working at a couple local missions outreaches providing glasses to underprivileged children. During Optometry school Dr. Clark continued his involvement in missions work by going on an international missions trip to both Haiti and Guyana where he served as a team leader as president of the Student Fellowship of Christian Optometrists. Through missions work, Dr. Clark solidified his passion for helping others thrive by providing excellent eye care.

Outside of work Dr. Clark enjoys time with his wife and two girls. Some family favorites include music (Dr. Clark has played guitar for over 24 years), church activities, being outdoors, and traveling whenever possible.
