About Michael Freeman
Dr. Michael Freeman is an Alabama native who practiced optometry for 40 years in Arab, Alabama as Dr. Michael Freeman & Associates and then sold his practice in 2016 to Eye Care Associates. He continued working for 4+ years until he retired at the same location in Arab, Alabama. He attended Trussville schools graduating high school in 1967. He attended UAB for college graduating with a BS in Math. While attending UAB he was invited to apply to the UAB School of Optometry graduating in 1975 with a BS in Physiological Optics and Doctor of Optometry degree.
