Sunita Jagani, OD

Sunita Jagani, OD is a full-scope optometrist in Madison, AL at EyeCare Associates' eye care center on Hughes Road. Dr. Jagani earned her Engineering degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), graduating with honors. She went on to earn a Doctor of Optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry. Dr. Jagani completed optometric externships in several different modes of practice. She completed externship at the world-renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida. She also completed an externship and residency at the Tuscaloosa Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

Dr. Jagani performs comprehensive eye examinations, with special emphasis on eye disease. She enjoys the complexity of the eye and its link to overall health. In her spare time, Dr. Jagani likes to spend quality time traveling and hiking with her husband and her family.
